PYLOT stands for Pioneering Young Leaders Of Tomorrow. We shape and guide young people, and give them the training and hands-on STEM experience to step up with confidence — at school, in competitions and in the community.

Shaping

Building character, curiosity and the habit of finishing what you start — the foundations every leader needs.

Guiding

Mentoring that helps kids find direction, make good choices and aim higher than they thought they could.

Personality training

Confidence, communication and teamwork, practised in real settings rather than just talked about.

STEM, coding & Python

Hands-on projects and a proper start in programming, so kids learn to build things that work.

Pylots Melbourne

Competed in FLL Bioglow, built a flight, a boat, a water pump and a race car, learned Python, and sat in on a Youth Parliament session in Melbourne.
